These terms and conditions govern your use of (FIND EIRD) website and all related services.
SOME BASICS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE
Purpose and Authors of This Document represents a legally binding agreement between you (referred to herein as "you," "your," or the "Customer") and us. You consent to the following terms of service, referred to as the "Agreement. “We, FIND EIRD, are the company running this website and providing various services for its users. In this document, "FIND EIRD," "we," "us," or "our" refer to FIND EIRD, Inc., a corporation, and "the FIND EIRD Group" refers to FIND EIRD, Inc. and its affiliates, parents, and subsidiaries.
What are all of the legal relationships: Any Product you purchase through the Site is offered by a specific Seller under their own rules. Your purchase agreement will be with a separate business from FIND EIRD (often one within the FIND EIRD because FIND EIRD is not the seller; it only brings you an offer in UAE. You and the Seller form the contract to purchase the Items, not FIND EIRD, unless FIND EIRD is the seller. The seller is responsible for the sale and resolution of any claims or other issues arising from or in connection with the contract between you and the seller. Note that when you redeem your Voucher with the business that provides the Products, you will enter into a separate agreement with that business (the "Merchant") in addition to the contract of sale you will have with the seller of the Voucher. Neither we nor any Seller is responsible for any agreements you may have with a Merchant about redeeming a Voucher. We are not the Seller's or Merchant's agent at any time.
USER CONTENT Reviews, opinions, advice, ratings, discussions, comments, messages, survey responses, and other communications, files, images, photographs, video, sound recordings, musical works, and other content (collectively, "User Content") may be submitted or posted by Account holders and visitors to the Site. Forums, bulletin boards, discussion groups, chat rooms, surveys, blogs, and other communication facilities may occasionally be made available on, though, or in conjunction with the Site or Services. They may be used to submit or post User Content. To submit User Content, you may need to create an Account.
Terms and Conditions for Restaurant-Specific Vouchers.
For this subsection, the term "Restaurant" shall mean a Merchant that, as part of its usual business activities, provides customers with the opportunity to purchase food and drink for consumption on the premises.
The Site's Voucher offer will specify how often you can redeem, which will be set by the Restaurants.
Restaurants may, at their discretion and according to present law, allow using restaurant-specific vouchers for alcoholic beverages.
Unless otherwise noted by the restaurant, vouchers are not used with other restaurant vouchers, third-party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
Except where the restaurant specifies, taxes, tips, and unpaid balances cannot be paid with restaurant-specific vouchers.

Unless otherwise specified, offer only suitable for in-house dining.
The restaurant can issue credit at its discretion, except when the law compels it. If your Voucher or Voucher reference number is lost or stolen, Groupon and the restaurant must replace it. A Restaurant-Specific Voucher may not be duplicated, sold, or traded unless permitted by law.
